It's Fall

I photographed this darling family at their home last week. The fall colors are gorgeous this year. They had an especially beautiful tree in the back yard with the start of a cool tree house in it. I think we managed to get some nice shots even though it was a bit rainy.

In Hyrum this year I got to photograph my sister-in-laws beautiful family in front of this awesome barn next to their property.

New Boys

While searching for Matt's Father's Day gift we stopped and took pictures. I've been wanting to do some here for a long time and I think it turned out to be a totally cool spot. I'll have to drag another family down to Fredericksburg sometime!

Brothers

Got to shoot some brothers this week.  One was a tough nut to crack, but I think we got some nice pictures, even though I had to throw sticks at him.  In almost every post I mention eyes.  I'm starting to think that everyone has beautiful eyes once you stare into them long enough.  Maybe because once you really look into someone's eyes you connect a little more, see something deeper.  I love that part of being a photographer.

One Great Family

I got to photograph this family right before they said goodbye to big brother and sent him on his mission. We went to a great little spot and I think they had fun hanging out together and trying out some silly modeling poses. There are many more by this fantastic barn...
